Charles B. Hall
Senior Vice President, Construction

An experienced construction industry executive with more than 44 years of experience, Bud Hall serves as Senior Vice President for Turnberry Associates. In this position, Hall oversees all Turnberry Associates’ retail, hospitality, office and residential construction.  He is currently directing development of several projects, including Destin Commons’ expansion in Destin, Florida, Turnberry Isle Miami expansion, Tresor at Fontainebleau Miami Beach renovation, and Fontainebleau Aviation (FBO) in Miami.  

 

Hall has overseen the construction of numerous high-rise developments in Las Vegas, Arlington, VA, the Bahamas and South Florida, including Oceania Tower V, Turnberry on the Green, Turnberry Ocean Colony, Turnberry Village, Fontainebleau II and, Fontainebleau III, Turnberry Place Las Vegas, Turnberry Tower Arlington and The Residences at MGM Grand.  He also completed two major renovation and expansion projects at Turnberry Isle Miami and headed up development of Destin Commons.

 

Prior to joining Turnberry in 2000, Hall was Vice President for Coscan/Brookfield Homes.  At Coscan/Brookfield, he completed development and construction of a golf community comprised of 186 single family homes and The Point at The Waterways, which included five high-rise residential buildings and 64 townhomes.  Additional South Florida projects Hall directed include Williams Island, Hamptons, Ocean Point and the Metropolitan.

 

Through his experience, Hall has attained a thorough working knowledge of local building codes and an extensive network of design professionals and subcontractors.  Hall holds a Florida General Contractor’s License and is a past board member of the Building Association of South Florida.  Hall is currently an active member of the Construction Executives Association (CEA).
